The Wake Up Call!
Tad and Kimberly Horning are crazy about their marriage and about yours. They are passionate marriage advocates, educators, and strategic intervention coaches. Collectively, they have authored two books about marriage, one of which has been an Amazon best seller. Through their books, programs, and live events, the Hornings are on a crusade to preserve the ideal of a passionate relationship and change how the world sees marriage forever.
18 years ago, Tad was shocked into reality when he upset Kimberly so badly that she nearly jumped from a moving vehicle to get away from him. That was a wake-up call for both of them that redirected their focus to becoming the people that they each deserved.
The Start of the Journey
For them, it was the beginning of a journey toward mastery of the gift we know as marriage. For years they had been asked to share the “secrets” of a passionate marriage with people and encouraged by most to write about it. But ironically, the more they learned, the less qualified they felt to do it.
However, after seeing countless marriages disintegrate and just as many stuck in sexless limbo, they decided it was time to do something about it. The Hornings combine the collective wisdom of dozens of the best marriage counselors, sex therapists, coaches, and trainers to create their own revolutionary model for couples to follow.
Now Living a New Married Life
Kimberly is a wife, lover, goddess, super-mom, exercise diva, manifester, healthy living advocate, spiritual pilgrim, gardener, animal welfare champion and horse lover. She is Tad’s primary muse through which most of his ideas are inspired, tried, and tested. Tad is a husband, father, romantic, alchemist, author, coach, mountain biker, Italian cook, wine enthusiast, and horse wrangler probably in that order. When not writing, coaching, or working on training programs, he can usually be found out on his bike tearing up a single-track trail.
Married for 34 years and together for 39, they have a 15-year-old daughter who challenges them in amazing ways that only a parent could possibly understand, and then maybe not. They can frequently be seen out on the road riding together on their bicycle made for 3.
